We took a river trip in the big city and were able to see lots of amazing buildings. This is the colourful riverfront at one part with our hotel in the background - the one that has a high peak.
Three good things:
1. The commentary was excellent in good English - I wish I could speak like that!
2. Got so hot, I went back to the hotel and had 5 swims all afternoon in the hotel pool.
3. We are treated like royalty in the hotel - just might get above our station!
You probably need to be treated like royalty. I just remembered that I had a dream of you last night. I was meeting you somewhere..can't remember the rest. It certainly won't be in Singapore though. We talked of moving there once aadn your beautiful picture makes me wish we had followed through with that.
The hotel looks nice, but don't be gettin all uppity on us now!! ;-)
