Morning Colour by maggiemae

Morning Colour

Sometimes I walk through to the dining room and draw back the huge curtains to see amazing colour! Frost and bare feet are not considered while I try to capture the scene.
Could be goodo on Black...

Three Good Things:
1. A full eye appointment was overdue -2015 was the last. I have been now diagnosed with glaucoma and have to take drops every night - as the script says… “Forever”! Good that I didn’t put it off another year.
2. Fish was Red Cod and just so delectable!
3. Being able to drop my shoulders and relax - I need a poke in the brain!
Glorious sky

Great layers of sunrise! (I have drops for ocular tension-can be a precursor to glaucoma....limited success remembering to use them every day) :)

@amyk The drops I have to do are for reducing pressure in the eyes. I have put an alarm on my fitbit as the drops have to be kept in the fridge and I might forget!

Beautiful start to the morning. Good for you for finally getting to an eye appointment. Forever drops sound helpful though.

@kiwinanna Actually very necessary - the optic nerve could be badly damaged if I don't do these drops1

Oh dear Maggie...such a good job you went to the opticians! Harry has to put drops in every night to keep his glaucoma at bay. Amazing sun rise...red in the morning shepherds warning though but because you are in NZ perhaps that’s reversed? 😂

Fantastic colour a fav

@happypat Ha ha! I think the only thing that is reversed is the direction the water goes down the plughole!

Beautiful! Great capture. Good thing you went to the eye doctor.
