spindle berry tree

Planted by the birds, I had no idea about this small plant until. . . I identified it on my app. Apparently a pest in the USA but not here in NZ. Grows to 2metres to 10 metres! That's not on!
Then... poisonous to humans - liver damage and death! John said, right... I'll shoot it in the morning!

Pretty but poisonous! It would be long gone from my yard. Unless your have plans for your husband or neighbors...Haha! We took out all the pretty flowers that are poisonous to cats after we got Katniss since she likes to rub and nibble on plants...
