But mince and my own recipe for dough. It didn't have suet in it as it seems to be unavailable for purchase so I put butter, olive oil and pancake flour as I'd run out of wheat flour. Very tender and most delicious!

Pancake flour? Probably just what we call plain flour perhaps! It looks very tempting although pastry gives me heartburn so it’s a no from me sadly.
