Steps are a competitive sport in our family. We all have Apple Watches. Each morning five of us do a screen shot of our own activity from the day before and send it to everyone in the group.
M-W-F are workout mornings at the gym. The primary goal is to complete all three of our rings each day. RED ring is Move Goal/ Calorie Burn, GREEN ring is Intended Exercise and BLUE ring is never going more than 50 minutes without standing up and moving around (Stand Goal Ring = standing up and moving every hour - at least 12 times everyday).
It’s great accountability and good for the body.
It’s actually fun.
