Today I had an appointment for a second opinion on my recent illness. It was good news and it basically came down to: I am getting better and can finish the anitbiotics and be done also I don't need further tests. I drove home from Eugene praising God, (stopped to take this photo) but didn't head home until making a trip to Fiddler's Green (the most awesome golf store in the PNW) for two dozen of my favorite golf balls (TaylorMade Burners). I also got a shot in my knee for the bursitis (not at the golf store), so the only discomfort with my new knees should go away! All good news! Tomorrow we head to Seattle to stay with our kids (@luckygirl and @rachdbo) for a time of renewal and refreshment. Get to spend time with those granddaughters - the perfect ending to a long recovery. I am feeling so blessed right now!
