Mt. Rainier in Washington State is breath-taking. I remember thinking that at night there should be a light inside it so that it glows in the dark - however, it is a volcano ... so it does have the potential of glowing in the dark. This was taken on our seven-hour drive home from Seattle to the Oregon Coast today. My man drove the full trip so that I could continue to knit on that sweater for our youngest granddaughter. Her birthday is July 1 - I'm sure I'll have it completed by then.
It was really hard to leave our kids and grandkids today. I asked my man to stop by Starbucks so that I could drown my sorrows in a vanilla latte.
