I drive by this every day. Today I decided to stop by the house and ask the owner if I could take a photo. The answer is obvious. There are several metal sculptures on this property - all done by her husband who passed away five years ago. She said this one is called The Raptor and her husband felt everything he created should rust. This is quite large (about six feet from nose to tail feathers and eight feet from tail feathers to claws). To get a full shot without a house in it would require a ladder in the neighbor's yard. Her husband was a talented welder/sculptor with an interesting eye for what he wanted to create.
