The "sense" of wildlife outside near our deck drives our dog Lucy, nuts. This evening it was a couple of young raccoons. They are cute, but if big enough, they could have our twenty-pound dog for dinner. They were drawn in by the suet we have out for the woodpeckers. I guess, they are going to seek food where ever they can smell its presence.
Great shot! We use to have a pear tree near the house in the fall we would have about 6 of these guys up that tree. They loved those pears. Our dogs would go crazy too. Tree is gone was rotting off at the bottom, I didn't want it to fall on the house.
These little guys are cute and I love how this one has his leg hanging like he's at a bar, waiting to place his order.
