My husband said, "Let me fix you a hot tottie." So here I am, knuckle bumping the hot tottie he made, served in a Christmas mug.
On another note ... this picture reminds me of the saying, "I didn't know I was getting older until I put on my coat and my mom's hand came out the sleeve." Yes, I AM my mother's daughter, and I love that. Cheers to you Mom.
The older I get the happier I am to find my mom hiding inside (and outside too sometimes!) me!! She would have loved this...
Tell papa to make me one! lol!! Love this shot...the Bokeh, the ring in focus and those mom hands. :-)

Thank you Kerri. It's been fun experimenting with the macro lens. I had the tripod set up for this one, plus a remote to snap the shot.
How seet of you. Thank you Pam.
Thanks Paul - I'm slowly learning different settings and focus points.
Thank you for stopping by and for the kind comment Nicole.
Thank you Jane. Do you ever think we will arrange a meet-up to shoot? It's a busy time of the year for sure.
It was a hot buttered rum - hot and yummy.
I have an awesome recipe I can share.
