We met the homeowner and she told us the story of how she survived Katrina by spending 5 days in an attic, then being rescued by helicopter off the roof, only to be left under an overpass on I-10 for another 3 days before being evacuated to Texas. It's almost 6 years and she's still not back in her house. A victim of contractor fraud... An amazing upbeat woman.
