We had a bluebird living under my mailbox for two years. I was scared to get the mail every day and would tap on the back of the mailbox to get her to fly out. What kind of bird is it?
@wiesnerbeth not sure, I've been too startled, and it's been too fast for me to see well. But it must be a Carolina wren. We have lots of them. At least one other nest on the back porch and probably another on the front porch.
