@careymartin Thank you Carey. I love looking at reflections or through thick plastic often found in markets to protect the stall sellers. Many new buildings have optically imperfect glass unlike traditional buildings, and this was the window on our new Summerhouse. I just caught the reflection as I was passing and then homed in for the image. I kept a tiny amount of the wood frame to create a border around the image. I rather liked the slightly lighter and out of focus effect it gave. I straightened the in Lightroom and copied a bit of the border for the bottom in Photoshop. The colours were virtually as they were but because it was a RAW image I had to process it a tad to make it how it was. Hope that helps?
@marshwader Thank you so much for the history and explanation! I know exactly the type of glass you mean. So fun to play in that way with it! I love the tones and mood in your image.
