...as seen from my front door. There's a light on across the street.
A picture that includes framing for my get pushed challenge from April @aecasey.
She also gave me some "homework" to read that would help me get more consistently clear pictures from the iPod camera and cell phone camera that I am using since my camera died. This was taken with the camera on the cell phone as the iPod had lost its charge at that point. This is not a stellar example of clarity, but I did read the article and the one blog post tutorial. The article had a number of things I already knew, but don't always practice, so it was really good reading. I suspect that the tutorial blog post on iPhonography is written with a more current iPhone/iPod camera in mind. The one on my 4th generation iPod touch is very basic and from what I read on the internet has .7 megapixels as compared to the 4th generation iPhone with 5mp. Sigh. Eventually I'll replace the camera. But not now.
@aecasey I was so busy the last few days with a Christmas Sale the Deep Creek club was putting on that I really neglected the photography. So this was taken late afternoon today.
Oooo...looks great on black! I admire your flexibility ... iPod, cell phone, iPod, cell phone ... I'd never remember what to do with which one. Nicely done!
@aecasey Thanks. I'm switching between the two when battery is low etc. I'm more comfortable with the iPod because there is very little I can adjust, ha ha. The other one has more adjustments, but I have yet to get the hang of it and know how to wring the most out of it. I will say that I tried to adjust the exposure on the phone with its plus minus scale, but the iPod metering on what you touch actually worked better on the sunrise photo.
