Wider View or "Exposure, Exposure" #2

Wider View of some of what was still up of the Christmas Festival of Lights. I didn't have a clue what to set for aperture and shutter speed. This is closer to the actual darkness of the scene. The other that I posted in my Alternates makes it look darker than it was.
