From Sunday night’s emptying the church for renovation. The pews will be replaced and all the old ones were sold at $900/each cut to any length the individual wanted. I was sorry to see them go — a lot of sentimental value. But not enough to buy one. Where would I put it — even cut down to size? There are things I’d rather do with $900. There were still lots left in the church when I went home. My brother, Pat, said they got the rest out the next morning.
Oh, those are fabulous! Sad to see them go, but padded chairs are more versatile and much more comfortable. My hubby falls asleep in those comfy padded chairs almost every Sunday! LOL!
