Didn't you and @grammyn and @30pics4jackiesdiamond suggest the story to me? @grammyn A little secret. The fancy bits were just blundered into. I was playing around on one of the phone apps with the first panel of the Dino Comics that featurned Lady Neanderthal and happened to apply two different effects together. Whoa! seemed like it fit for the (no phone booth needed) transformation panel you see here.
