I’m not sure I can express how much I love this one. My great grandmother had stairs like this in her house and somehow seeing this picture was a great emotional rush of memories for me.
@tdaug80 Tim, you asked for an interesting picture of someone walking away. I’m not sure how interesting this is but it is someone walking away—up, up, and away?
@pandorasecho I’m so glad this brought back good memories of your great grandma’s house. Isn’t it strange how some little element In the present can trigger a flood of memories of the past. The shape of a stairway, a certain song on the radio, for me the smell of mothballs. Years ago now someone was using mothballs beneath their bushes and every time I walked past I was back in my grandma’s closet with a cedar chest.
@grammyn Thanks Katy. This picture will preserve the memory of standing in the front hall waiting for Frank to come out of the bathroom and go back upstairs. 😂
@mcsiegle Hi Mary, we’re get pushed partners this week, how about a shot with a Dutch tilt? Let me know if this is not doable….
I saw that I was not following you, so I remedied that!
