I bought three of these little glass angels and three tiny glass reindeers at a Christmas market in Innsbruck in 2006. That year the school holidays started two weeks before Christmas so Graham and I planned a whirlwind trip through Germany and Austria. We left the day that school finished and arrived home again at 4pm on Christmas Eve, ready to host Christmas lunch the next day. I had left instructions and shopping lists for our adult son who was living at home, so everything was ready to go. It was a long way to go for such a short time. Would I do it again - absolutely and I'd still have to be home to spend Christmas with my family.
@30pics4jackiesdiamond We had a ball. I figured that it might be the only chance that we'd get to experience Christmas markets and we also spent some time with one of our Rotary exchange students.
