Today was decidedly wintry. The wind at the beach was so strong that the cormorants were having trouble keeping their balance on jetty posts. Unfortunately I was also having trouble keeping my camera steady against the wind.

Lovely composition - I like the shallow depth of field too with the back cormorant being out of focus and yet such a similar pose to the front one.
