May I introduce you to Samira? Our 18 year old, dearly beloved female cat. Well, she thinks, however, that she is an enchanted princess. And she behaves that way. Above all, she doesn't like to be photographed. This is her annoyed face.;-)
That's so funny Mona! My cats don't like the camera either. It is so difficult to get a decent close up. One of mine runs away as soon as she sees the camera. Sometimes the only way to get a shot is by putting a 300mm lens on so they don't spot me! Love this shot of Samira. I like how you have desaturated her but left her eyes coloured. She looks really good for n 18 year old. Fav
@shepherdmanswife Thank you for this nice comment. Samira is an old lady now, but she is a bit like my shadow. She is always nearby, especially when I do tricky things. Handicrafts and so on. But if I want to photograph her, she closes her eyes or looks away consistently. So I am quite happy with this shot.
