Being different isn’t a bad thing. It means you’re brave enough to be unique and yourself.
This little Zamioculcas sprout / Zanzibar Gem (Zamioculcas zamiifolia) grows happily in the middle of my cylindrical snake plants (Sansevieria cylindraca). I didn't plant it though, maybe the rhizome was in the soil. And it reminded me that it's ok to be different.
Thank you for the more complete plant identification in Milanie's Smiling for Spring. I thought, Aha, another plant person -- so I looked up your albums and have discovered a lot of really fine work. And plants and flowers -- a love of my own as well. This shot is one of my favorites, not only for the opportunity to learn of a new plant (new to me at any rate), and the overall quality of the photo, but the philosophy of being OK with being different -- definitely a good thing! So I am now "following" you and will look forward to seeing more of your work.
@aikimomm Hi Phoebe, Thank you very much for your nice comments and the follow. Oh yes, you are right I'm amongst other things a "plant person". ;-) Of course my limited knowledge is focused to my region like central Europe and the Alpes, and there is such an abundance of plantes out there, there is always something new to see and learn. And yes, you are right again, Englisch is my fourth language.
