Had an appointment in Lucerne today. After that, I finally went to a special exhibition by photographer Bernd Nicolasien called: "Restlicht". (Remains of light) http://www.berndnicolaisen.com/selected-works/restlicht.html
Some amazing photographs of ice and from underneath glaciers are showed in lightboxes.
And as this exhibition is located in the famous glacier garden, I strolled through the museum and one of its attractions the Mirror Maze in the style of Granada's Alhambra. This fantastic labyrinth with its 90 mirrors was created in 1896 for the Swiss national exhibition in Geneva and has been at the Glacier Garden since 1899. (117 years!) Although the corridors appear infinitely long, they are in effect quite short.-
Handheld, no tripods allowed. Not that I would have had it with me. ;-)
Looks like a fun place to explore and see the exhibition. I can just image her looking for the path making sure she does not bump into any of the mirrors. Lovely shot M. :)
