I’m not really having a problem with calculating and physics. But the calculation where I have to stand and at what time the super moon would rise exactly over this little chapel took my some time. And then,… a thick fog layer covered it all and no moon was to be seen. (I know what you are thinking, that my calculation was wrong. But I’m 100% sure that there was this super moon behind the fog shield.)
So that all this work and the hike to this point has not been in vain, my head torch and I made a bit of a show by ourselves.
You added so much of yourself in this image. Your wonderful sense of fun really stands out. :) It is the perfect spot for a supermoon shoot, maybe next time the weather will cooperate. ;)
Well done for the alternative! I was standing next to a photographer whose app showed exactly where the moon was -- right behind the cloud bank! So have confidence in your calculations!
I went out tonight after work and all I got to see were clouds!!
