By far not there yet, and most probably will never be. I feel very clumsy (well I and my pictures are), while her photographs are so light, fresh and light-hearted.
This is a beautiful image, the subtle color and collection of "things" is nicely balanced. I was curious to go see Victoria's photos, and there are quite cool, I think your interpretation is wonderful too.
Hi Mona I just had to return for a second look. If you don't mind can you share with me what you used for your backdrop...is it tissue.
I certainly understand if you are not comfortable sharing that information.
@bubblequeen Hi Melvina, thanks a lot for your comments. Of course I will help as much as I can. This place is so much about inspiration, sharing and learning and I really appreciate you asked, to help as much as I can.
You are right it is fabric. 3 different kinds: chiffon, tulle and something lace-like. These are long narrow lines of fabric you can use as decoration for center pieces. I just crumbled them, to get some light reflection in it. I could imagen, that the Victoria the artist uses huge plasma screens. Hope this helps, if not just come back to me.
@mona65 Thanks Mona I went through my scarf collection today and found several that I think might make interesting backgrounds.. Hopefully I will have some time to play this weekend. Over the moon admirer of your creativity!
