No, this is not an overlay, I did shoot through high grass (and lots of scabiosa) and I used "shadows" as a white balance. So the light of the setting sun (to th right out of this picture) became a warmer tone. And I enhanced the colours a tiny bit in pp, as well adding a bit of a glow in the foreground.
