As i said, i revisited the neverending tree, so that i might get some more material to edit.
This time i put some perspective, so that it is easier to figure out how impressive the tree is. It has those interesting sprouts and other formations on the bark, the bark itself is very intricate, and it is so very tall, reminding me in shape and height of the Neverending Column sculpture. https://365project.org/monikozi/365/2021-02-02
That’s really weird! Are you sure it’s not overgrown with some sort of vines? I really like this picture —the inclusion of the person and the tone of the black and white.
@mcsiegle yes, it is very interesting. Those things growing on and with the bark may be lychen or some sort of parasite. I have no idea. @kjarn yeah. Out of this world. @aikiuser yes. A reference point is always changing perspective. @30pics4jackiesdiamond i have no idea, that is why i added the picture with the trunk to the top (almost). Judging by the reference i reckon it is about 30 m high.
Thank you very much,@mcsiegle, @kjarn, @aikiuser and @30pics4jackiesdiamond
Thank you very much, @ludwigsdiana and @stiggle
Maybe i should take another shot with the whole tree and a person next to it. Who knows. Maybe one day.
Beautiful lighting on the face. The tree is intriguing. It almost looks like many small trees decided they had a better chance by growing tightly together.

@jacqbb i shot this in monochrome mode and then processed it in Snapseed, but i really can't remember which tools i used. But mainly the Grainy Film and sometimes Noir. And i change them until i find one i like. Trial and error.
