An interesting comparison. My personal comment is that my eyes naturally look left to right and for me the wintry shot is more "comfortable". I'd be interested in your thoughts of this shot being flipped so the trees go left to right?

@suez1e Well, I can't say that I gave that too much thought. I found it interesting in summer, as it was in winter, with the decreasing line of bushes. I wanted to capture a minimal shot, but ... three is not a number for minimal shots :D
But I really have no explanation why I changed the point of view. And I have no preference either.

An interesting comparison. I liked the winter one better. I would have tried to put the two side by side to show the difference. Then I think the difference would be more obvious.
