Cucumber

The colours in the cucumber plant are very vibrant and saturated. This is my entry for the technique challenge (low saturation)

It’s a shame to take away the vibrance. Are there cases where low saturation is preferable?

@shutterbug49 Debbie, my penny thought is that my example is not really fit for this technique. I think my choice was rather poor. if you have some time to check some of the examples in the links given in the challenge description, I think there are many cases in which reducing the saturation improves the photo. https://365project.org/discuss/themes-competitions/45277/new-technique-challenge-%E2%80%93-low-saturation-photography
