These dolls have been there since forever. There is a secon window on the right, not captured in this shot, with another set of dolls. I can only guess they are a collection. A well cared for display, as they don't seem dusty or faded by sun light. Most of these dolls are about 40 years old.

i've read a story a long time ago about a rich couple who never had children so they would have dolls. the creepy thing about that story was that over a number of years children would disappear and never found and thought they'd ran away, and when one of the locals visited the couple's abode, she saw they had so many dolls around the house. the creepier part of the story was the dolls looked like the missing village children. now i will have nightmares!
