Anthony Lister's Artwork

On Christmas Day, we spotted this face on a wall not far from a piece that Mum photographed some months back of Anthony Lister's. This year, he's been here from New York to do some outsider art around Brisbane and made the papers when he painted a 'dead wall' and the Brisbane City Council didn't like it. And what a piece this one is!

I love it; and so did Mum when we saw it on Christmas Day.

Not far from here there was a massive white tent where people were celebrating and having a party. But I used Picnik to enhance this photo with HRD-ish.

Here's Anthony's official website: http://www.listerart.com.au/
Interesting art. Where exactly is it?

This one is at Keperra on the side of a disused service station building; near a church. I love it for the rainbow eyes... and Lister sounded so familiar to me that when I Googled him, and his name came up, I knew I had heard of him before... it was so wicked that I knew of him. :D
