Today I handed my Secret Santa box to my gift person... she loved what was inside; and the box! She felt so spoiled and said that she loved what I had painted up and the box would be claimed immediately by Alice, her daughter, who loves pink! :D

@psyche77 I've been going to the Queen Beez Craft Day every Monday since the beginning of the year... and I love it. At first, they weren't too keen on me painting, would much prefer I knitted or did something tidier, but when they saw the detail in the painted pegs and canvas' they overlooked how messy the paint could be (and how tidy I kept my area too) and loved it when I brought in my work.
I even did a canvas on books and authors a few months back when I scored myself a bout of Tennis Elbow! Yowch! Talk about paintul! But it was a great painting I did titled: 'Books on my Mind' :D
@digitalrn Yeah... and next Monday is our break-up day for the year... so I have to take in a plate of food and not take my craft gear... such a change... which means: I get to dress up! :D Yay! No daggy, paint-covered clothes! :D
@psyche77 I decided to get myself into a craft group to get my butt out of the house and get socialising... and it gave me the courage to start my own business too called Crafty Pegs. Just look me up on Facebook... I'm the pic with the polka-dot pegs :D
