These lovely little flowers sleep at night time by closing up their tiny little buds into a point... and in the morning, they wait until the sun alights on them, warming them up so they can open up and say hello to the day...
I love how they do this....
but I'm not impressed how they sprinkle their seeds everywhere... I can see I'll be picking up all their seeds until Winter comes along. :)

@brillomick Actually, it's a Portulaca 'Rio' ... they had a variety of colours - from Apricot, orange to yellow and pink, but I loved the white as it really stands out. :D

I do love my gardening, as it's so relaxing; and it's something I can really get myself into with my garden - to make it into something I want. I can't wait to save a little more money by the end of the year and get a few park benches and maybe a bird bath to plant in the yard (a better one) so the birds come back for a drink and a splash around :D
