Yesterday was my 43rd Birthday. And what a lovely day!
Besides the normal things a person does in the day - you know, laundry, groceries, checking the mail - I went out to dinner with my family. We headed out to The Royal Hotel at Nundah where we gorged ourselves on Italian food and I received these beautiful hand-made ear-rings from my brother and his girlfriend. My niece, Riley, made the card! :D
And Mum and Dad gave me 2 scratch tickets (they've ordered my present and it's yet to arrive in the mail) where I won $21! How's that for a wonderful pressie on my day? I also gave myself a present of the Red Hot Chili Peppers' new album 'The Getaway' on vinyl. :D
