I don't like any of my journal pages at the momenttt.
Had a random letter from CMHT giving me an appointment for next Friday with someone I've never met before (who also happens to be a man). I'm guessing my CPN has left then? I'm so tempted to discharge myself. I don't trust any of them. I'll see what my GP says on Friday morning.
