visited today and dug an inspection hole in the floor to see why our house was not drying out. The drying process started in January and, after 11 months the fabric of our house is wet! And we are in temporary accommodation.
Fingers crossed they can identify a solution (no pun intended) to the problem and then make a plan so the refurbishment can begin.
