Encouragement by newbank

Encouragement

This one today is dedicated to my mentoring group. To each and everyone of them. As thanks for their encouragement and to encourage them today that though the only bond we have is through 365 they are all being thought of today.

What a lovely pov and flower. Sweet words, too. Love that you do that. Is it really helpful. I wonder if I should, too?

@amandal Have a mentoring group? Yes I personally have found it really good. Great to work with the ones in my group. We have encouraged and pushed each other to try different things out.

@newbank Isn't kinda a larger scale Get Pushed thing?

@amandal Well we have been doing it a few months now. We communicate off 365 too and choose a style to work on for a month. We have committeed to critiquing the work we all produce. Because we have worked on a theme for a few weeks it has given us time to correct or try again at various aspects. It has been more supportive than get pushed.

It sounds such a supportive group and what a lovely tribute of yours today. I do sometimes wish for more constructive criticism in general on 365.

Oh Ruth, what a lovely surprise for me today to see this. Thank you so much. I really like our mentor group, and how supportive it is through all the ups and downs. This is so lovely of you.

Golly Ruth, that is so sweet of you, I'm (almost) speechless. My sincere thanks. I too am really enjoying the experience of being part of a small group within a huge group. Everyone is so positive, constructive and supportive. Long live our common bond, you don't have too many international groups that work as well as this one does. Happy today everybody.

What a great thoughtful image Ruth. I've been dithering about joining a mentoring group as it seems to fit my needs more. How do you go about joining one?

@ceilidh a few months ago there was a discussion thread about mentoring and mentoring relationships. Through that our group set up. Others did too but I am uncertain as to whether they continued or how they work. Perhaps set up another discussion thread and see who would like to make another group? @shesnapped @amandal another two 365 ers who have thought about a mentoring group.... We got together through the initial thread, at the start @taffy took the lead, we are now working together as a group. Taffy helped us get an idea of how our group would work. Any help?
