The man sat down looked like he was homeless but he was feeding the pigeons a bit of bread. He looked quite upset when the little boy came running through all the pigeons making them fly away. The boy was not being very well supervised by his mother who was engrossed in chatting to her friend and pretty much ignoring him as he ran amok!
