One of the great pleasures of living in Fairford is being close to RAF Fairford, we get free airshows!! The Red Arrows where doing a show about 60 miles away so stayed over at Fairford, they always like to show off on their way back to their lodgings in the officers mess. This is taken in my back garden looking over my neighbours roof - sorry!!!
Lovely to get a free airshow from your garden. Living in married quarters on RAF bases in the UK we used to see the Red Arrows regularly. They used to come out to Cyprus for a couple of months to practice their annual routines when we lived there too.
