Fishing in the Humber

Filler alert! Took this one last weekend. Work was insanely busy the last couple of days, and I had company over tonight. I really liked this shot at the time I edited it. Not so sure now, but "whatevs" ;p
interesting you've got a Humber too - the place names give me permanent disconnects

@shanne @peterdegraaff @inertie @newbie @pwallis @beamqueen

Tx for the comments... :) It was indeed a cold wet day... However, there are often fisherfolk hanging out under the arches - heaven knows why - not sure I'd want to eat those fish, so maybe just for the sport of it all...

@karens68 @psychographer tx! y'well... i really don't get the fishing thing... but then, i'm sure they think i'm nuts for sitting in the mud for 15 minutes looking for shots to take and waiting to catch the fisher guys when they cast the line ;p

@russianblue no kidding!!! i do not get it... there are always a handful of fishermen in this area of the Humber, and i don't get it! i have to assume the sport itself is sufficient draw :)
