yeah... i know... done this before... but i'm kind of out of ideas and i don't want to end up too far behind... so this will have to do for now...

i'm still kind of shocked at the response to the rodent shot... really - it was just dumb luck that i happened upon him!
Awesome shot

This is the bomb.

@sueb47tx Sue... I was standing at the back of the subway, taking a longish exposure (0.4 seconds I think) as the train pulled out of the station... So you get the motion blur, and some intentional over exposure...

The old magic is still with you! As for the rodent shot I'm amazed you didn't expect that response - I mean, how many of those things do you see doing that on 365?
March 15th, 2015
PS.. sorry, I may have hit the wrong note just now - I also meant to say that, for me, the most important part of getting a shot is to be there and be ready.... and you were!

@yrhenwr haha! no worries... yes - i know there are lots of wildlife shots... i don't tend to spend much time on them because they really aren't my thing... and the beaver really was a chance thing... i wasn't planning on shooting wildlife, and probably wouldn't even have noticed the beaver except that at first i thought it was a person who had fallen down in the snow and i went closer to see if they were hurt and needed help!
