a couple folks have asked about the backgrounds...
they're pretty simple really... i create them in photoshop... i use the hex code for the colours (googled hex code neon red, etc) and added a bit of a gradient (which i end up accentuating in LR)... then i move the background to my iPad... it's basically the same way i do the patterned backgrounds...
