And a few minutes later, i was following them... yup... i did it! not quite as scary as it looks (but almost)! Personally, i would like to dispute the terms "trail" and "hike" - seemed a bit more like "climbing" to me!
No real decent shots from Angels Landing itself, I'm afraid... when we got up there there were dark clouds rolling in, and the thunder was going... it was NOT a good place to be in a storm, so we took a few hurried shots and then headed back down...
@cdonohoue y'know, it was "weirdly" doable... the biggest difficulty i had throughout the whole trip was just the shortness of breath from being so high up, and then hiking higher on a fairly steep rise... hopefully you'll have cooler weather than we did which should make it easier...
Yup - high - terrifying - awesome - well done you - I am staying right here at a few feet above sea level! The hikers - when I found them - put it into perspective - Congratulations on the achievement and the awesome images to go with it!
Wow, I'm loving all your Zion photos. A friend of mine went to Zion last month and she brought me a postcard of Walter's Wiggles, the trail to Angel's Landing. She told me we should go take that hike and I just laughed. LOL It looks BRUTAL! But such a gorgeous place. :-)

@pasadenarose Walters wiggles is actually quite doable... It takes you to scouts lookout - which is where you stop if you're not going to angels landing :). Did she climb up there?
