Love Bursts

A group of teens, (from Bedford United Church) made signs and when out into the community to share positive messages: "Hey You... you're awesome", "You are gorgeous", "You are perfect", "Smile" were a couple of the messages. They handed out valentines to the few people walking, as it was a very cold -10 c (14 F).

The reaction of the drivers was awesome, lots of car honking & waving, people responding in kind from their warm cars and many many smiles.

They then went to Timmy's (coffee shop) to hand out Valentines, have a hot chocolate, and debrief the experience. While waiting in line, a woman who had received one of their Valentines went to the front of the line and paid for all 7 of their hot chocolates!

Such a small act of kindness created so much joy, it was amazing to see, as I was the volunteer chauffer for some of the kids.
Thank you for sharing this wonderful story! What an uplifting experience for all involved! Perfect image in black and white. Beautiful in so many ways!
