Lunch is served

This crane fly (not 100% sure on the type of large fly) had an unfortunate accident in my house, so it was a perfect opportunity for me to provide a snack to Gertrude. She was very appreciative.

@maggiemae ...one might only wish "Gertrude" was any of the above! I've met the lovely Nova, and she never appears to have a slightly demented side...the one that teases and torments!

Thanks for sharing some thoughts on Gertrude's lunch. Last night I checked on her and she had 2 more snacks in her web. No wonder she's getting larger every day. :)
