Doc's Birdhouse

We've been staying with family while visiting children and grandchildren. It's been such a blessing!! Duane (Doc) and Barbara have such a beautiful piece of land- with tons of photo opps! Here's one of the birdhouses Doc put up to attract bluebirds. And he did!

@kerristephens @digitalrn Thank you Kerri! Yes Rick they live in the southern tier of NY state- near Rochester. It's beautiful farm country much like your area, but not as many stone houses.

What a treasure to have bluebirds on your property. The bluebird house in our school garden got taken over by sparrows!

@allie912 Doc wasn't sure if the bluebirds would actually use it. He's got several birdhouses on the property. Only one of them seems to be occupied by bluebirds. The others probably have sparrows too.
