disable the flash? how do you do that? been wanting to do that ever since and i couldn't. you can turn it off, but not disable, or are they one and the same? :-)
@summerfield I am laughing at myself constantly while trying to figure things out without really learning what I'm doing. I have no idea how I disabled it, nor how I got it back on (and I'm not sure if I really want to go for it again!). Which one is the cpl filter? Oh, and I replied to your email- a long winded response which in the end, did not go out as the computer acted funky resulting in my having to clean everything out and reinstall all the programs etc. Add that to my camera mishaps and I was one unhappy camper for 24 hours! But it's all worked out now and I've found some good tutorials to down load. That I think is going to make a big difference in my understanding the EOS.
