I have seen apples like this before! I have never seen one with quite as strong of a contrast though! Very well done also I think I see a little shadow selfie in the reflected light

Thanks to one and all for all the views, comments and favs! I absolutely did NO PROCESSING on the apple! I couldn't believe how crisp the line of coloration was. I took the shot in the store- the only thing I did do was clone out a couple stickers on the Granny Smith Apples. Maybe I should have left them on!
