Merewether Ocean Baths

I am having a lazy day at home today, it is cold and wet. We seem to have gone back to winter today after a lovely start to Spring.
David has gone to a model railway exhibition in Newcastle with some of his pals.

This is another photo taken on Thursday after our walk.

Just along from the surf club where we had lunch are the Merewether ocean baths and even though it was a cold windy day there were a couple of brave souls swimming. They didn't stay in the water long though so it must have been rather chilly.
