An early walk this morning as my friend Amanda's husband Roy has arranged for a roofer to come and repair our roof where the ridge tile blew off in the extremely strong wind last Sunday. Roy didn't want us to get a dodgy builder - and there are many - so contacted a roofer he uses for his commercial business.
I am so grateful to have such good friends who look out for us. Remember Roy and Amanda organised all the work we had done last year when we had to get out of the house for 3 months because all our floors were flooded. They really are good friends!!
You can see George walking on the frosty grass - the first we have seen this year. He didn't seem to mind getting cold feet.
